How You'll Make an Impact As a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager — Product Architect, you will be the mastermind shaping TrustVision’s core platform experience. You will take on the thrilling challenge of transforming complex financial risk workflows into elegant, scalable B2B SaaS solutions. By designing robust APIs, smart workflow orchestrations, and pioneering agentic AI solutions, you will bridge deep technical architecture with intuitive user experiences for developers, fraud analysts, and business leaders alike. Your success will directly accelerate our clients' growth. You will drive impact by drastically reducing integration times, eliminating bespoke engineering overhead, and elevating the day-to-day experience for everyone interacting with our platform. Through practical AI automation and robust platform guardrails, you will empower the world’s leading banks and fintechs to scale effortlessly, making TrustVision the gold standard for financial decisioning. What You Will Do Platform Roadmap Ownership: Own the roadmap and execution for TrustVision Platform & Decisioning Systems across eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Vision Credit Scoring. Product Architecture: Define how TrustVision modules, APIs, workflows, rules, users, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs work together as one coherent platform. Client and Workflow Discovery: Work with banks, fintechs, sales, solution, implementation, engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to understand real client workflows, pain points, and product opportunities. API, Configuration, and Decisioning: Translate identity verification, authentication, fraud risk, transaction monitoring, and credit decisioning workflows into API behavior, configuration logic, rules, thresholds, reason codes, dashboards, and success metrics. Case Management and Operations: Design product capabilities for review queues, case statuses, investigation workflows, reviewer actions, escalation, notes, audit trails, and operational monitoring. AI Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive workflows across product, implementation, solution, sales, customer success, risk operations, and client onboarding, then design AI-assisted automations to improve speed, quality, consistency, and scalability. Product Delivery: Own PRDs, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, prototypes, release plans, rollout plans, post-launch analysis, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Platform Standardization: Reduce bespoke implementation, shorten time-to-launch, improve operational efficiency, and increase adoption across TrustVision products. What We're Looking For Must Have Product and Platform Track Record: 5–8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building B2B SaaS platforms, customer-facing enterprise portals, developer platforms, API products, workflow/rules tools, case management systems, or enterprise dashboards.
