Responsabilidades Principales

• Gestión de Riesgos :Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos de seguridad física y operativa.
• Supervisión de Personal: Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de seguridad
• Asegurar que el personal esté capacitado y cumpla con los protocolos establecidos.
• Implementación de Políticas y Procedimientos
• Desarrollar, actualizar y aplicar políticas de seguridad.: Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas internas y externas (por ejemplo, ISO, CTPAT, etc.).
• Monitoreo y Control de Accesos :Supervisar sistemas de control de acceso, CCTV, alarmas y otros dispositivos.
• Garantizar que solo personal autorizado acceda a áreas restringidas

Que Habilidades Necesitas

• Conocimiento intermedio de seguridad patrimonial, CCTV,
• Desired Skills/ExperienceConocimiento en gestión de riesgos y análisis de vulnerabilidades.
• Manejo de sistemas de videovigilancia (CCTV), control de accesos y alarmas.
• Familiaridad con normativas de seguridado (CTPAT/OEA)
• Capacidad para liderar equipos de seguridad.
• Habilidades para capacitar y motivar al personal.
• Comunicación efectiva con diferentes niveles de la organización.

Qué Te Hace Destacar

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles similares de seguridad física o corporativa.
• Experiencia en entornos industriales, corporativos o logísticos.
• Experiencia en manejo de contratistas y proveedores de seguridad.
• Experiencia en respuesta a emergencias y manejo de crisis.

Educación

• Preparatoria/carrera profesional concluida.
