How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Apoiar a coordenação da distribuição gasosa da filial e a Central DG por meio de análises e estudos operacionais (programação, roteirização, transportes e recursos), buscando a otimização contínua dos processos. É responsável por propor soluções logísticas para redução de custos, garantia dos prazos de entrega e eficiência no abastecimento dos clientes, além de prestar suporte técnico aos colaboradores da equipe.1. Análise e Otimização Operacional
Realizar estudos e análises focados nas operações logísticas da filial (programação, roteirização, distribuição, transportes e alocação de recursos).
Desenvolver e propor a implantação de alternativas e melhorias logísticas voltadas para o ganho de resultados e redução de custos operacionais.
2. Gestão de Entregas e Abastecimento
Avaliar periodicamente a programação e a roteirização das entregas com base na movimentação de estoque e demanda dos clientes.
Garantir o abastecimento contínuo e assertivo dos clientes, respeitando rigorosamente os prazos e volumes contratados.
3. Relacionamento e Suporte Operacional
Interagir ativamente com empresas fornecedoras de produtos e outras filiais ALB para alinhar fluxos e resolver gargalos logísticos.
Aplicar conhecimento técnico aprofundado em todas as fases da distribuição para orientar e dar suporte a colaboradores com menor nível de experiência na solução de problemas complexos.
4. Responsabilidades Complementares
Assumir e executar as responsabilidades do cargo de Assistente de Operações Logísticas nas filiais em que essa função não estiver presente.
