Business Development Executive

Location: Jakarta (Hybrid)

Katalis AI helps brands grow across Meta, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Google, SEO, and AI. We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand internationally and build long-term relationships with brands across Southeast Asia and beyond.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear, professional communication.
  • Understand each client's business and identify opportunities where Katalis AI can help.
  • Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to handover.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industries, brands, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable speaking with founders and business owners.
  • Willing to learn about digital marketing, AI, and e-commerce.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus.
