[WEBTOON] Executive Assistant (Bilingual Korean-English)
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Bilingual Executive Assistant (Korean-English) to support four Executives in our El Segundo office. In this role, you will manage complex international logistics, serve as a communication bridge between global teams across the U.S. and Korea, and keep executive operations running seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to four Executives.

Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate international meetings.

Book internal and external meetings, organize travel arrangements, and handle expense management.

Act as a central liaison between executive leadership and internal or external stakeholders, managing calls and correspondence.

Work cross-functionally with global teams and communicate effectively across different cultures, particularly bridging interactions between Korea and the U.S.

Support executive visits, VIP logistics, general office operations, board meetings, and off-site company events.

Prepare materials and take detailed notes during key leadership meetings, circulating actionable summaries to relevant team members in a timely manner.

Handle confidential documentation and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Perform research and information gathering as needed.

Qualifications

Professional administrative support experience in a corporate environment.

Fluency in English and Korean, with both business and conversational proficiency in both languages.

Direct experience managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones and coordinating international meetings.

Proven experience working cross-functionally with global teams and communicating effectively across cultures (specifically between Korea and the U.S.).

Demonstrated experience supporting executive/VIP visits, office operations, and company events.

Strong ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while effectively reprioritizing tasks on the fly.

Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and MS Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range and Description

$62,400 - $83,200 / annually
