Role responsibilities
Support the Long Term Care policy administration system by monitoring health, resolving failures, and implementing technical changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Requirements
Requires a 4-year college degree and strong proficiency in mainframe programming including COBOL, JCL, CICS, and IMS. Candidates should have production support experience, preferably within the insurance or finance domain, and basic SQL skills.
