Your expertise in machining techniques and attention to detail will be pivotal in meeting strict industry standards and ensuring the flawless performance of our products.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate pipe machining equipment, such as threaders, grinders, bandsaws, and other tools, following technical specifications and blueprints.Machine pipes and components to precise measurements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify defects or irregularities.Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition.Collaborate with the management to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise to minimize downtime.Performs additional duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
