As a Workday Functional Payroll - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and provide strategic insights. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while enhancing your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their business applications. Responsibilities
- Managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to enhance client workforce strategies
- Leading business process improvement initiatives within Workday environments
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret workforce analytics and inform strategic decisions
- Overseeing benefits administration and human resources transformation projects
- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement employee engagement strategies
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for organizational development
- Guiding teams in project management and budgeting to achieve client objectives
- Supporting change management efforts to embrace new technologies and methodologies
- Developing succession planning and talent management frameworks to optimize workforce planning
- Building and maintaining client relationships to deliver tailored human resources solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration and strategic human resource planning
- Engaging in human resources project management and transformation
- Embracing change and fostering organizational development
