ManageEngine Monitoring Tool Administrator

Your Role

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize ManageEngine monitoring solutions across enterprise environments.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and enhance ManageEngine OpManager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager (NCM) platforms to ensure proactive monitoring and high availability of IT infrastructure.
• Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, alerts, escalation workflows, and notification mechanisms for network, server, application, database, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Manage event monitoring, alert correlation, incident response, and root cause analysis to minimize service disruptions and improve overall system health.
• Administer network configuration management activities including configuration backups, compliance auditing, change tracking, version control, and governance using NCM.
• Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM and ticketing platforms, develop automation workflows, and implement script-based solutions using PowerShell or Python to streamline operational processes.

Your Profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience administering and supporting enterprise monitoring platforms, with strong expertise in ManageEngine solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine OpManager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager (NCM).
• Proven experience in monitoring network devices, servers, applications, databases, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring configuration, threshold management, alerting frameworks, event correlation, and incident management processes.
• Experience in performance monitoring, trend analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure health assessment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
