What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will serve as the strategic architect of Trimble's health and wellness portfolio, leading a dedicated benefits team with a strategic directive to leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to modernize programs across two countries. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Develop and manage the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US and Canada, including medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs. * Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers and carriers. * Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education campaigns to drive financial and benefits literacy across the organization. * Ensure strict regulatory compliance with applicable US and Canadian requirements, overseeing crucial plan documentation and required federal, state, and local filings. * Leverage digital tools, technology integrations, and data analytics to optimize plan efficiency, track utilization trends, and enhance the overall personalization of the benefits function. Essential Skills & Experience * 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including deep exposure to strategic plan design, compliance, and vendor management. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. * Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits regulations, with the proven analytical skills needed to make data-driven decisions. * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus. Bonus Points For: * Professional certification in benefits management, such as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. * Previous experience managing benefits programs within Canada or across a large, complex, multi-state corporate environment.
