Laminator Feeder

Description

Position Overview: Assist operator in preparing and loading products into the laminating machine. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. Wage range is $21.05-22.30/hr. 

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

· Aerate product loads 

· Load product into feeding platform mechanism

· Monitor loads to ensure product is properly aligned with feeder backstops 

and side guides

· Stage games according to production schedule

· Assists Operator with glue changes, maintenance, wash-ups, etc.

Education Requirements:

· High school diploma / GED equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Lift 20lbs – 30lbs occasionally

· Push/pull heavy loads with hand jack 

· Ability to stand/walk throughout shift

Other Skills/Abilities:

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Must be able to work overtime
