Job Summary
As a Specialty Recruiter in Consumer & Community Banking, you will attract, source, and recruit top talent across key business functions. You will provide strategic recruiting solutions, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and proactively build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. In partnership with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and finance partners, you will help shape workforce strategies and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and execute recruiting strategies that align with business hiring objectives.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls, policies, and market trends to support informed hiring decisions.
- Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates through a variety of channels and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates while gathering feedback to continuously refine recruiting approaches.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and finance teams to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting effectiveness, improve stakeholder experience, and streamline hiring processes.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor by participating in client meetings, monitoring business changes, providing market insights, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback sharing, and candidate dispositioning throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the firm's value proposition by educating candidates on career opportunities, benefits, and compensation philosophy.
- Facilitate compensation expectation discussions with hiring managers and candidates to support successful offer outcomes.
- Support diversity hiring objectives by leveraging inclusive recruiting practices, providing guidance to hiring managers, and presenting diverse candidate slates.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agency.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruiting controls, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience planning and managing recruiting events, networking initiatives, or projects.
- Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and communicate insights that influence hiring decisions.
