Front Counter Sales Representative

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.
You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries
- Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions
- Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
- Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
- Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
- Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
- Team-oriented and committed to working safely

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
