As a Delivery Lead - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure through challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes
- Analyzing client needs to configure Oracle Finance systems for seamless integration and utilization
- Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Overseeing the Procure-to-Pay and Record to Report (R2R) processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing strategic financial advice and insights to clients to support their business objectives
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation initiatives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Validating compliance with regulatory authority requirements within financial systems
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and support

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive finance transformation initiatives
- Leading finance process improvements with a focus on business process optimization
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex financial challenges
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teams
