Staff Specialist Associate Real Estate Transactions and Strategy
In this role, you will support global corporate real estate transactions, act as key user of lease/portfolio systems, coordinate external advisors, and contribute to M&A due diligence and integration. Support global real estate transactions (office and industrial lease acquisitions as well as land transactions) applying global playbooks and best practice Manage and coordinate external real estate advisors (brokers, consultants), including RFPs and evaluating proposals Serve as key user for the global lease administration, transaction, and portfolio management tools; ensure accurate data, critical date management, and support real estate reporting Produce pipeline dashboards and transaction summaries; prepare materials for internal decision making and leadership updates Develop and maintain real estate transaction guidelines, standards, and playbooks Represent and support the real estate workstream in global M&A transactions including post-merger integration and carve-out projects You are a collaborative, analytical professional who builds trust across functions and geographies and translates business needs into standardized, data-driven real estate solutions in a dynamic global environment. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field At least 3 years supporting corporate/commercial real estate transactions in enterprise or tenant-representation contexts (occupier-side, portfolio management, commercial leasing) Proficiency with lease administration and portfolio/transaction systems (e.g., SAP RE-FX, MRI, Yardi; CoStar or similar real estate tools) Strong financial and analytical skills in Excel (cashflow, NPV/IRR, scenario/sensitivity analysis); comfort with underwriting and market research Familiarity with lease accounting implications and internal controls (ASC 842/IFRS 16); ability to partner with Finance/Accounting Experience in M&A real estate due diligence and post-merger integration Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills across time zones; fluency in English (mandatory) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
