Position Summary :
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities, communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and driving user adoption. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs .Lead the modernization and evolution of the PPM platform by defining and driving the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and cost efficiency. Partner with business and technology leaders to build alignment, influence strategic decisions, and accelerate outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Evaluate vendor solutions and technology capabilities to ensure architectural fit, scalability, and long-term value. Provide leadership in solving enterprise-scale challenges, managing risk, and navigating execution trade-offs to deliver business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and drives user adoption
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them on priorities
  • Prioritizes and creates work for multiple teams and works with cross-functional teams
  • Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
  • Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
  • Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define and drive product vision for the PPM program.
  • Working with Business Partners, translate business product goals, cost objectives, and technology constraints into a coherent, phased roadmap.
  • Develop artifacts, narratives, and executive-ready materials to communicate and “sell” the vision across stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Integration
  • Operate as the central integrator between architecture, product, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Work to align priorities across critical banking domains, as needed and prioritized: Fraud, Authorizations, Pricing, Operations, Digital sales and onboarding
  • Ensure end-to-end flow coherence across systems, not just point solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, architecture, product management, or related technology leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, controls, and core banking domains, including fraud, authorization, pricing, servicing, digital channels, and onboarding.
  • Experience translating business processes and requirements into technology architectures and solutions.
  • Proven experience developing product, platform, or technology roadmaps and delivery strategies.
  • Ability to define product vision, value propositions, and strategic priorities.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across business, technology, operations, and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience evaluating technology vendors, platforms, and third-party solutions within a banking environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience addressing complex enterprise-scale challenges.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed, and ambiguous environments.
