General Requirements:
Manages all physician templates within Practice Manager System.
Prepares weekly physician schedules and sends to appropriate individuals.
Manages call schedules and equalizing call responsibilities.
Communicates regularly with staff regarding physician schedules.
Coordinates physician staffing by location based on utilization of physician resources.
Compiles physician call pay and loads into Kronos time system. Coordinates arrangements for meeting, conferences and personal travel for physicians and administration.
Coordinates student rotations with physicians from various academic programs.
Reconciles various monthly billing statements.
Answers telephone, screens calls and either personally handles or refers to appropriate individuals.
Performs all secretarial functions.
Processes incoming/outgoing mail and materials to facilitate reply by managers and providers.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four-years experience as Administrative Secretary/Assistant preferably in a health care setting.
Computer and word processing skills required.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
