As a Senior Account Manager on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Full sales ownership in the Ethernet customer segment, from prospecting and acquisition through close, aligning proposals to customer needs with a focus on sustainable value
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, ensuring regular engagement and high-quality support across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Qualify opportunities and develop proposals, coordinating internal experts and negotiating commercial terms to achieve balanced agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate requirements into targeted, on-time solutions
  • Ensure pipeline and forecast transparency by maintaining accurate opportunities and providing regular, actionable insights for planning and decision-making
  • Lead strategic 5-year sales planning for your assigned customer segment
  • Craft value messaging for Ethernet and semiconductor offerings, translating technical insights into clear benefit and positioning statements for customers and partners
  • Work independently with strong prioritization, clear goal orientation, and reliable delivery within agreed frameworks

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • University degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent qualification for technical-commercial customer engagement
  • At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a technology environment, ideally in semiconductors/Ethernet
  • Expertise in Ethernet technologies and relevant use cases, enabling effective interaction with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Industry knowledge of semiconductor products and markets, with the ability to translate customer requirements into clear value propositions
  • Proficiency in opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and reliable pipeline and forecast management across the full sales cycle
  • A working style marked by autonomy, strong prioritization, high motivation, and ownership
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written; able to tailor communication to diverse internal and external audiences
