Job Description

Job Incumbent shall be responsible for following :

  • Order management and planning 
    • Forecast demand and align with source plants to avoid shortages
    • Support capacity planning with plant and warehouse teams for smooth operations
    • Coordinate order planning and scheduling with internal teams to meet customer and production needs
    • Process and acknowledge sales orders with accuracy and timely communication
    • Monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Sales order documentation and management 
    • Manage pre-order commercial documentation (Letter of Credit drafts, Bank Guarantee, payment term deviations) to ensure accurate and smooth transactions
    • Facilitate pricing updates and obtain approvals in line with customer agreements and authority matrices
    • Process and maintain Sales Orders, Material Relase Note, Call backs&Credit Notes and write-offs with accurate documentation for tracking and audit
    • Ensure compliance with direct control guidelines by maintaining required documentation as per company standards
  • Sales performance and reporting
    • Prepare and align sales forecasts with stakeholders to meet demand and capacity targets
    • Monitor sales Key Performance Indicators and drive corrective actions to achieve targets
    • Track key metrics (Order Intake ,Sales, Inventory) and address performance gaps
    • Plan and coordinate dispatches for timely clearances and deliveries
    • Maintain approval documentation as per authority metrics and company policies
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management or the reporting manager

Qualifications

Should : Graduation or Diploma in Engineering or Degree or diploma in Business Management 

Experience : 8 to 10 Year
