The Opportunity

As a US Tech - Level 2 Ops Support, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to validate smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage various challenges. This role emphasizes adaptability, reliability, and personal growth, allowing you to deepen your technical knowledge and grow your personal brand.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to support the smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud-based infrastructure. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will engage in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your development and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listen, and clearly express ideas. This opportunity allows you to appreciate diverse perspectives and build commercial awareness, setting the stage for future growth and success.

Responsibilities

- Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to maintain smooth IT operations
- Monitoring network performance and addressing issues to prevent disruptions
- Implementing security measures to safeguard IT systems and infrastructure
- Supporting L1 and L2 operations to validate efficient delivery of IT services
- Collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges and enhance service quality
- Utilizing hardware and software troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Engaging in incident management and resolution to minimize downtime
- Performing system backups and disaster recovery planning to protect data integrity
- Developing user guides and documentation to support IT operations and user training
- Building relationships with vendors to facilitate effective IT support and maintenance

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

- Demonstrating skills in Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture
- Utilizing IT Operations Management and IT Performance Management
- Excelling in Disaster Recovery Solution Development and Incident Management
- Possessing knowledge of Network Security Incident Management
- Applying skills in Hardware Troubleshooting and Software Troubleshooting
- Engaging in IT Project Lifecycle and IT Project Implementation
- Developing skills in Stakeholder Management and Vendor Relations

The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
