Nurse Practitioner – NP - Washington Heights Clinic - Days

The Washington Heights Clinic has transformed how we provide care to the Washington Heights community through its successful pilot of the Interdisciplinary Care Team, core to the Patient-Centered Medical Home model. All members of the care team—Nurses, Nutritionist, Care Manager, Community Health Worker, Patient Financial Assistants, Social Worker, Medical Assistants, and Physicians collaborate to improve the health and well-being of our patients. Use your expertise and passion for educating, providing services and care to patients of all ages and empowering them to stay healthy. You will work with a dynamic team to optimize the patient’s health and wellness. Here, nursing requires an unwavering commitment to excellence and a constant spirit of professionalism.


This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm at NewYork-Presbyterian's Washington Heights Clinic.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine 

  • Outpatient experience

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish

Required Criteria:•    

  • Master’s degree in Advanced Practice

  • BSN

  • Current NYS NP & RN License

  • NYS NP certification (FNP)

  • BLS from American Heart Association

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
