As an Oracle FDI - Manager, you will lead the delivery of innovative reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms for Fortune 1000 clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will supervise and mentor a team of consultants, fostering client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be accountable for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of Oracle data and analytics solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Managing data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling using Oracle tools such as Oracle Database and Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Guiding teams in data visualization and analysis to derive actionable insights for client strategic objectives
- Supervising and mentoring consultants to foster professional growth and confirm project excellence
- Cultivating substantial relationships with Fortune 1000 clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals with client needs and drive growth
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Oracle data and analytics teams
- Upholding the firm's standards and methodologies in every deliverable to maintain quality and integrity
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Degree in B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (Computer Science)
What Sets You Apart
- Profound understanding of Oracle Fusion applications
- Experience in developing applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migrations and OBIEE upgrades
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for application development
- Excelling in problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Demonstrating impactful communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migrations and OBIEE upgrades
