Business Process Senior Associate

We’re looking for Business Process Senior Associates to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible on inputting and verifying client’s application to the system, information included are personal, medical and financial. They also determine necessary requirement and issue policy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inputting and verifying client’s information to the system 90% of the time

  • Create necessary requirements required 10% of the time

  • Ensuring all information are correct before issuance to avoid compliance errors

  • Ensuring that all cases assigned are completed within the turnaround time

  • Communicate effectively to underwriter and to another department

  • Consistently meet the set service level target

  • Handle transactions accurately with minimum supervision

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holders: At least 1 year of relevant back-office experience preferred (e.g., data entry, document processing, administrative support)

  • Undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed): At least 2 year of relevant back-office experience required

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with web browsers and common business applications

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy

  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise written communication.

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

  • Above average attentiveness to detail

  • Fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately
