Product Marketing Manager, Launch & Insights
Insights Build and maintain the usage signals, telemetry, and reporting that track Usage-Based Billing (UBB) adoption and consumption across segments. Translate usage and launch data into clear, actionable insights — dashboards, readouts, and narratives — that inform launch and go-to-market decisions. Define customer cohorts and priority-customer views (including LXP target-customer signals) to focus effort where it matters most. Partner with data, finance, and platform teams to keep telemetry and reporting accurate, consistent, and reusable. Support the centralized launch motion — contributing to workback plans, milestones, dependency tracking, and go/no-go readiness for qualifying launches (new SKU, commerce change, or true customer-impact moment). Coordinate across Product, Engineering, PMM, and audience teams to keep launch details — rollout sequencing, entitlements, transactability, and trials — accurate and current. Contribute to the signals, offers, and trial constructs that help launches convert into adoption and usage. Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, fostering shared ownership and driving teams toward common business objectives.
