Job Description

In this role, you will be supporting a team and reporting to the manager of MDM. The Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in SAP MDM- Material Master and Vendor Master

Responsibilities

•         Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables (processes)

•        Create Article & Modify the Article Master and Supplier Master

•         Provide daily and weekly report for Article/Supplier master

•         Create and maintain master data –Maintain product specification & harmonization, plan and create new item/vendor onboarding,

•        Responsible for configuring and maintaining Master Data and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps to ensure seamless product, inventory, and order data synchronization across e-commerce platforms and trading partners.

•         As a Master Data Steward, you are responsible for monitoring data quality (e.g., via dedicated data quality tools)

•         You ensure accuracy and adhere to metrics/KPIs / ensure data quality for deliverable is met and all metrics adhered to SLA.

•         Comprehend incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP ECC master data

•         You are supporting the knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders, as well as supporting in global projects related to data quality

•         Effective communication between business teams and internal teams.

•         Provide general administrative support to our business team.

•         Responsible for all master data objects in the respective scope of materials, buying organization.

•         Execute day to day Master data management activities

•         Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at efficient quality and accuracy, Coordinate, Analyse and facilitate resolution of issues

•         Propose opportunities for improvement of Master Data Quality

•         Engage and Inspire team members with positive actions and behaviors

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

•         Experience – Relevant Years of Experience

•         Relevant years in SAP Master data for Material/Supplier Master

•         Good working Knowledge with Hands on SAP S4 HANA /ECC

•         Education: Bachelor’s degree

•         Flexible with Shift Time.

•         Should have good knowledge of Material Master data requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•         Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective

•         Retail, FMCG or related industry experience

•         Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

•         Great at communication and collaboration.

•         Flexible, organized, multi- task team player

•         Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work individually

•         Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues

•         High Energy level

Good at Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration.
