As trusted advisors, SSSMs ensure every initiative supports strategic objectives—enabling Microsoft to lead as the most competent sales organization globally. You will ensure key Sales Skilling programs and Skilling plans align to the business and role needs, in partnership with business stakeholders. You will establish and drive a Rhythm of Business (ROB) that ensures cross-team engagement and continuous skilling plan motions.
