We specialize in creating cutting-edge solutions that transform industries and redefine user experiences.Your ResponsibilitiesConfigure, administer, and continuously optimize JIRA and Confluence to ensure structured workflows, clear ownership, and transparent cross-functional communicationDefine, implement, and enforce documentation governance processes to ensure correctness, completeness, and traceabilityOwn and manage all product documentation, including:Hardware manualsOperating manualsInstallation & quick-start guidesDatasheets, specifications, and technical reportsPrototype and product lifecycle documentationDefine and implement documentation strategy, standards, and best practices across products for scalable and structured documentationEnsure all documentation complies with applicable DIN, ISO, and international standardsApply principles of IEC/IEEE 82079-1 for the preparation of instructions for useDevelop and review safety-related content, including:Safety instructions and hazard warningsRisk communication and mitigation measuresProper structuring and categorization of safety notes (e.g., danger, warning, caution)Support product certification processes by ensuring documentation meets regulatory and legal requirementsCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to align documentation with CE marking and safety compliance standardsAct as the central interface between engineering, product management, and end usersEstablish validation and review processes with subject matter expertsEnsure documentation supports excellent customer and developer experienceStructure content to serve different audiences:End users (operators, technicians)Developers (APIs, SDKs, integrations)Deliver documentation that enables users to fully utilize product capabilitiesManage the full documentation lifecycle:Information gatheringPlanning and structuringContent creationReview and validationPublication and maintenanceMaintain versioning aligned with product releases (hardware & software)Ensure continuous updates across product lifecycle stagesDefine and manage documentation tooling and platforms (e.g., docs portals, APIs, CMS, static site generators)Support multi-format documentation delivery:Manuals, portals, developer docs, documentation websitesEssential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Documentation, Quality Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in document management and/or process management within a production environment for mechatronic systemsProven experience configuring and administering JIRA and Confluence (workflows, templates, permissions, dashboards, automation rules)Proven experience in technical documentation or technical communication, ideally in robotics, hardware-software systems, or industrial productsStrong understanding of:Product documentation types across the lifecycleInformation architecture and structured contentDocumentation workflows and processesExperience working in cross-functional engineering environmentsAbility to understand complex technical systems and translate them into clear documentationKnowledge of documentation tools (any modern stack is acceptable)Strong experience defining and enforcing structured documentation and issue management processesStrong understanding of change management, version...
