This senior country leadership role owns commercial strategy, C-suite customer relationships, AI and cloud transformation, revenue growth, and One Microsoft execution across the enterprise segment.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:Lead growth and AI transformation across Singapore enterprise customers.- Own commercial strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.- Build trusted C-suite relationships and serve as a customer, partner, and market thought leader.- Drive cross-organizational execution across sales, solution, customer success, partner, and specialist teams.- Develop talent, strengthen people leadership, and build a high-performing organization.QualificationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant sales leadership, account management, business development, or technology leadership experience, or equivalent experience.- 8+ years of people-management experience.Preferred qualifications:Enterprise C-suite relationship experience.- 10+ years of sales leadership experience.- Experience with Singapore enterprise customers, Temasek portfolio companies, and government-linked companies is a plus.- Strong executive presence, growth mindset, people leadership, and ability to influence across complex organizations.
