As an AI+ Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of client support, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions in digital integration and architecture. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate within our Platform Engineering & Architecture competency network, utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will be responsible for maintaining professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and embracing increased ambiguity as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing application lifecycle processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance system integration and performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development workflows
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to improve system reliability and user experience
- Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture to support business process management initiatives
- Leading efforts in acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) to validate software functionality and performance
- Engaging in client management activities to understand and address client needs and expectations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
- Developing solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Navigating complex client engagements with analytical thinking
- Building meaningful client relationships through effective communication

- Develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including creating APIs, connectors, data mappings, and orchestrations.

- Certifications: MCD -L1(preferred), MCD-L2 (optional), MCIA (good to have), MCPA (optional)

- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro) as your default development workflow for code generation, completion, refactoring, and debugging.
