Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About the role:Boston Scientific's Field Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating the adoption of key products in the region/geography assigned through market development, driving patient awareness and education, and enabling patient access. This position also works with key customers to position BSC as “the partner of choice” in the therapeutic categories assigned through the delivery of localized marketing programs. This candidate will work closely with Territory and Regional Executives to execute marketing tactics to increase the number of patients treated with BSC therapies. Relocation Assistance:Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Visa Sponsorship:Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.Your Responsibilities will include:Increase referring physician and patient awareness of disease states and treatment optionsIdentify unique local market opportunities to increase therapy and product awareness, including PR, patient advocacy, or hospital marketing partnershipsConduct patient education seminars and community outreach programs.Evaluate and implement co-marketing programs (using approved guidelines)Make patient advocates available (in-person and cloud visits); also, identify suitable patient advocates as neededConduct in-office patient education tutorialsDevelop and implement targeted patient outreach initiativesWork with collaborative counterparts to drive Physician Health Talks between prosthetic urologists and primary care physicians or other referring physiciansEnable patient access to the right implanterAddress local market issues that limit patient access to trained implanters. Ensure patients have a way to access the right implantersRecommend best practices to implanters that enable improved efficiency and patient careShare with customers best practices that allow for improved practice efficiency and patient flowIncrease awareness and acceptance of BSC Practice Management resourcesShare non-clinical literature of interest to prosthetic urologistsIdentify other areas where BSC should develop and share best practices that improve efficiencyPartner closely with territory managers and region managers in the assigned geographiesClinical case/OR support - minimal Required Qualifications:BA or BS degree5 years’ experience in sales, account management, advertising/marketing or promotions requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel)Experience with sales and marketing databases is a plusExcellent verbal communication skillsMust have demonstrated business partnering skillsAbility to build/create immediate rapportMust be detail-oriented and proven ability to be organizedCreative outside-the-box thinker, persistent, and analytical Self-driven and able to work independently75% travel required Preferred Qualifications:Pharma sales and medical device experience preferredRequisition ID: 630242The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $95,000 to $115,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain...
