What You Can Expect

Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and structural systems. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all infrastructure systems, ensuring equipment reliability and reducing the likelihood of failures. Maintain accurate records of infrastructure assets, including equipment specifications, maintenance history, and life cycle tracking. Evaluate and optimize the energy efficiency of building systems, implementing measures to reduce energy consumption and lower operational costs. Develop and implement emergency response plans for critical infrastructure, ensuring timely response to system failures, power outages, or natural disasters. Lead infrastructure improvement projects, including system upgrades, equipment installations, or facility expansions. Ensure that all infrastructure systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding safety, building codes, and environmental standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system failures, creating regular reports for senior management on infrastructure reliability and performance metrics. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for facility management operations (FM partner). Prepare and manage the infrastructure maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and reliability. Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to maximize the performance and efficiency of building systems, such as HVAC, power, water supply, and security systems. Wage $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include five (5) years with each of the following:

•    Managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), operations within a large facility or corporate environment or Semiconductor industry.
•    HVAC, BMS systems, with a proven track record of ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
•    Performing data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and Analysis.
•    Creating and delivering effective presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
•    Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to facilities management.
•    Overseeing small and large-scale projects and working closely with FM partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
•    Working with Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of local regulations and standards related to facilities management and MEP operations.
