Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Manager

Your Role

To set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes, by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To lead the project team ensuring mandatory/needed resources are assigned to the project as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members, providing guidance on projects, career + development.

• To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.

• To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.

• To ensure all project documentation is fully maintained, accurate + up to date.

• To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.

• To successfully implement new projects in ILN, establish and Maintain new parts documentation, design efficient processes.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Your strong customer management skills + knowledge of order management, will be the key.
