Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Document application designs and process flows to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues within enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with database management and query optimization related to PeopleSoft modules.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and change management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
