Amex Digital Labs: This team is responsible for catalyzing digital innovation at American Express by originating, and scaling products and platforms that matter to our customers’ digital lives. We are a fast-paced global team that leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, AI-powered customer service solutions, and engaging membership experiences. We value creativity, customer centricity, and experimentation and often collaborate with top technology companies and strategic partners to bring the next generation of products to market.
We’re looking for an Undergraduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Associate Digital Product Analyst intern. The successful candidate will own a project contributing to either the launch or evolution of our digital initiatives. This person will chip in to product vision, strategy, and delivery of our digital products and gain invaluable experience as an Associate Product Analyst intern. Product Managers at American Express play a central role identifying customer needs, building outstanding experiences, and leading teams across the company to launch digital products.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program
- Students must have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
