Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic media and technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of studio facilities, office areas, production spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
