Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  •  Prepare monthly reports by analyzing key KPIs, validating purchasing data, and identifying inconsistencies;
  • Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting year-to-date (YTD) tracking activities, and contributing to cost transparency and reporting reliability;
  • Support the preparation of Payment Terms reports through monthly report and dashboard updates, as well as continuous improvements;
  • Support forecasting processes and business planning activities through data collection, analysis, and plausibility checks;
  • Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives by supporting data integrations and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, or a related field;
  • Basic understanding of procurement and/or controlling processes is an advantage;
  • Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Tools & Power BI is highly appreciated;
  • Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English (mandatory);
  • Proactive, Good organizational and time-management skills and intersted on developing analytical skills.
