  • Operational Guru:Oversee clinic operations, from scheduling and staffing to resource management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Patient Champion:Implement best practices to ensure our patients receive the highest quality, compassionate care. 
  • Financial Whiz:Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement savvy strategies to achieve financial goals. 
  • Quality & Compliance Pro:Ensure our clinic meets all healthcare regulations and continuously improves the quality of care we provide. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, especially in a primary care setting. 
  • Stellar leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. 
  • Top-notch organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices. 
  • A burning passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Health-related field or business Or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience.
  • 2 years Experience in healthcare management.
