Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, Digital Asset and Tokenization Lead, APAC to lead product and client relationship management for Broadridge Digital Assets across the Asia-Pacific region. This leader will work closely with global product, technology, operations, commercial, risk, legal, and compliance partners to accelerate regional adoption of digital asset solutions, define APAC-specific product requirements, and deliver successful client onboarding and go-live experiences.
The role combines regional market expertise, commercial leadership, and digital-assets product insight. The ideal candidate understands APAC capital-market structures and financing workflows, brings a strong interest in blockchain-enabled transformation, and can translate local client and regulatory needs into scalable, operationally sound product capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead product and client relationship management across the APAC region for Broadridge Digital Assets.
Work with global teams to drive adoption of digital asset solutions in the region and provide APAC-specific product feature requirements.
Collaborate with local sales teams to manage client relationships across the Digital Assets agenda.
Lead client onboarding and go-live for APAC-based clients using the Digital Assets product set.
Define and lead the regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital asset and tokenization products and capabilities.
Identify customer needs, local market opportunities, competitive trends, and regulatory developments to inform product direction across APAC.
Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products, features, and enhancements aligned with business goals, regional client demand, and global product strategy.
Build business cases, including market sizing, return-on-investment analysis, pricing, and commercialization strategy.
Partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Ensure products are operationally ready, scalable, and aligned with applicable regulatory and risk requirements.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and market feedback to continuously improve the product portfolio.
Act as a senior thought partner and subject-matter expert on digital assets and tokenization across the organization.
Lead complex, high-impact regional initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
What We’re Looking For
Deep understanding of local capital-market structures across the APAC region.
Experience with APAC financing products, such as repo, securities financing, and collateral management, in a trading or operations capacity.
A personal or professional interest in blockchain technology and the transformation underway across financial markets.
Significant experience leading complex products, platforms, client solutions, or market-infrastructure initiatives from strategy through execution.
Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure, which may include blockchain-based products, tokenized assets, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, staking, or adjacent capabilities.
Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with product strategy, business-case development, pricing, and go-to-market planning.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving market and navigate ambiguity with a strategic, client-focused mindset.
What Sets You Apart
Experience with corporate actions, investor communications, and the associated market structure and operational processes across the APAC region.
Previous experience in a product management role.
Deep understanding of trends shaping the digital-assets landscape and their implications for institutional or enterprise clients.
Experience developing products with a regulated transfer agency business or similar market-infrastructure organization.
Ability to balance innovation with strong operational, regulatory, and risk discipline.
Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience building and scaling new product offerings in emerging or rapidly changing markets.
