As a Finance Transformation Analyst in the Finance team at Accenture, you will work on a wide variety of projects that are on the agenda of the Chief Financial Officers (CFOs). We partner up with our clients to reinvent financial performance by bringing CFO organization into the new ERA—adoption of Generative AI, driving best-in-class performance, delivering insights and benchmarking across the enterprise and help clients create global capability centers. Our team operates at the intersection of Strategy, Process, Data, and Technology. As an Analyst, you will be part of a team of experienced finance transformation advisors, working through end-to-end project delivery, involved in all stages of a project from strategy to execution. You'll play a key role in business development and relationship management with our clients across various industries, focusing on Finance Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) amongst others.
In your role, you will collaborate with international and diverse teams and gain broad experience within our practice.
Processes: You will play a crucial role in improving finance processes within organizations by bringing expertise, best practices, and strategic insights. You will collaborate with CFOs and their teams to perform process assessments and recommend and implement finance industry leading practices to improve their finance operations through operating model re-design, system improvements, policy & procedure development and more.
Technology: CFO organizations are embracing digitally driven business models, empowering finance functions to excel in the digital world. As a junior consultant, you will work in a finance team, collaborate closely with technology experts on the selection, implementation and integration of finance systems and tools, utilizing Gen AI and advanced analytics and to enhance efficiency and provide valuable insights.
People: You will connect with C-level client stakeholders and play a critical role in transforming finance operations by prioritizing talent development, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and leading organizational change management initiatives. You will support change management needs within finance teams to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and capabilities to effectively embrace new processes, tools, and technologies.
Data: Data plays a crucial role in unlocking value and enabling Generative AI capabilities. As part of our team, you will utilize financial data to provide key insights and help CFOs become more data-driven, enabling true business partnering in finance required for sustainable growth and decision-making.

Here’s what you’ll need
Master’s (WO) degree in Strategy, Business, Finance, Economics, and related topics.
Experience in project delivery in Finance, either through strategy or management consulting, or finance function industry related internship is preferred.
Affinity with artificial intelligence, and machine learning technology.
Understanding of the challenges that CFOs face, finance operating models, intelligent finance processes and enabling ERP technologies.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and narratives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
Fluency in English required, fluency in Dutch preferred.
