Documentation support (Application notes, technical reference manual, datasheet updates or new documents) for all the product families. B.E. /B. Tech in ECE degree with 10-12 years experience in embedded firmware development and customer support. Able to understand Schematics, Layout of the PCBs. Proficient in embedded C programming. In-depth knowledge on blocks of microcontrollers up to IP level and the communication protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CXPI etc. Should be comfortable in debugging complex customer issues using Oscilloscope, multimeters and other protocol sniffers which might take months to solve.
