We believe that scaling on physics will enable an understanding of causality required to predict and control physical systems, starting with weather. Our founding team has built and deployed AI against the physical world in robotics, drug discovery, and particle physics at institutions like DeepMind, Waymo, Cruise, Insitro, Nabla Bio, and CERN. We're looking for a versatile operator to help build the company behind the mission. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to work on the company's most important problems — whatever they happen to be that week. Your mission is to be a force multiplier for the founders: bringing structure, analysis, and execution to everything from company strategy to the systems that let us scale.ResponsibilitiesDrive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives end to end across the companyBuild the operational, financial, and analytical infrastructure that lets the company scale — planning, metrics, systems, and reportingOwn special projects wherever they're needed, from fundraising and finance support to internal operations and vendor managementBring structure, data, and clear thinking to the company's most important decisionsTake whole problems off the founders' plates and own them to resolutionWhat we're looking forWe value a relentless approach to problem-solving, rapid execution, and the ability to quickly learn in unfamiliar domains.Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early-stage founder or operator roleExceptional analytical and structured-thinking skills, and comfort with ambiguous, open-ended problemsA strong bias to action and a track record of owning and delivering complex projectsExcellent communication and the ability to work across every function of a companyHigh autonomy and sound judgment operating without a playbookApply for this Job
