Intern in Finance Systems Team
Type of Employment: Temporary for 6 months
Location: Circle K Business Centre, Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
Would you like to:
Learn about systems that support Finance?
Process data from various sources, reconcile the numbers, find the discrepancies and handle them accordingly?
Assist with maintenance of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes?
Assist with Supplier Master data cleanup in the ERP system – Oracle JDE?
Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data?
Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders?
Main requirements:
Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field;
Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;
Strong eye on details;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Previous experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.);
Ability to learn quickly;
Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude;
Ability to work as part of Team;
Ability to perform routine tasks daily.
