Area CX Learning & Development Lead

We are hiring an Area CX Learning & Development Lead who will be responsible for defining the future organizational capability profile and shaping the strategy required to achieve Area CX ambitions. This role supports the Area Head of CX and Area Continuous Improvement Manager in building a highly skilled organization through competency development roadmaps, training execution, and implementation of the Maersk coaching and assessment framework. The Learning & Development (L&D) Lead works closely with key stakeholders across Centre, Regions, and other Areas to deliver effective onboarding, training, and development programmes for Area CX teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute the L&D strategy and roadmap in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Facilitate assessment and conduct analyses to identify competency gaps and key L&D requirements.
Design and develop L&D programmes together with the global L&D community, learning academies and business experts.
Support onboarding and upskilling/reskilling of Area CX as trainer or facilitator.
Establish and maintain performance evaluation methods utilizing metrics to validate knowledge transfer and business impact.
Foster a learning culture and generate engagement and adoption of L&D programmes.
Utilize CX communication channels for key messaging, updates and driving focus.
Create and maintain local learning content repository to promote on-demand learning.
Propose and track L&D budget for Area CX.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone with:
A relevant tertiary qualification highly preferred
At least 5 years’ proven experience in L&D (logistics/supply chain industry preferrable)
Fluency in learning content creation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Change management skills to ensure high levels of programme participation and adoption
Awareness or interest in employee development practices and adult learning techniques
Creativity to support development of innovative learning solutions
Passion for learning, coaching and helping others develop
