Capgemini is seeking an experienced and client-facing Managing Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Commercial Pharmaceutical and Specialty Drug Manufacturer ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving solution strategy, sales support, solution architecture, and business development initiatives across Data & Analytics engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data, specialty pharmacy channels, patient services ecosystems, data management platforms, and advanced analytics solutions. This individual will collaborate with clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and technology partners to design and present innovative solutions that address complex business challenges within the Life Sciences sector.
Your role :
- Influence strategic Data & Analytics transformations for leading pharmaceutical organizations.
- Lead solutioning and pre-sales activities for high-value pursuits.
- Work with industry-leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, distributors, hubs, and healthcare data providers.
- Shape Capgemini's Life Sciences Data and Analytics offerings.
- Drive innovation leveraging AI, Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, and Cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with global teams and industry experts while expanding your leadership footprint in Life Sciences consulting.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead solution definition, architecture development, and client presentations for new business pursuits.
- Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and value propositions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical manufacturers and commercial operations leaders.
- Support RFI, RFP, and proposal responses by developing reusable assets and solution accelerators.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$93,000 to $224,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
