Job Description:

Provides on-site move supervision for relocations and furniture installations. Other duties as assigned. Manages and maintains the CAFM/Space Management Software to ensure accurate space utilization data. Updates occupancy metrics and validates space information regularly. Prepares and integrates drawings into the software system. Creates reports, charts, graphs, and other materials to convey space usage and opportunities. Conducts weekly space audits to ensure plans are accurate and updates as necessary. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors for reconfigurations and construction projects. Develops and implements relocation plans, project timelines, milestones, and schedules for department moves. Assists with project budgets and financial tracking related to space management. Processes requisitions and purchase orders for all space management projects. Manages interior signage for workspaces and ensures proper labeling. Reviews and processes space requests and assignments, providing recommendations to the Manager of Campus Space Planning.

  • Furniture management, Tango software experience and computer knowledge a PLUS!

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working on a headquarters campus. [Preferred]


Education:

Pay Range:

$21.73 - $40.42
