About this Role

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. This role requires strong client-facing capabilities, expertise in compensation processes and templates, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective reward and compensation solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to solution design, implementation, support activities, defect analysis, and enhancements while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll do

Deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support solution rollouts.Configure and manage Compensation and Variable Pay templates, including EC-integrated Compensation and Variable Pay processes.Monitor, analyse, and resolve SuccessFactors defects and participate in discussions regarding design changes and associated impacts.Develop, customise, and maintain compensation statements and reward-related documents.Support and manage Spot Award configurations and related business processes.Create and maintain Business Rules to support compensation and variable pay requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of compensation programmes.Provide guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system optimisation initiatives.

Who you are

Proven experience with at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.Experience supporting live SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay environments.Strong client-facing experience with proven rollout exposure.SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certification is required.Clear understanding of EC-integrated Compensation and Variable Pay templates and processes.Knowledge of monitoring and analysing SuccessFactors defects and evaluating the impact of design changes.Experience working with customised compensation statements and reward statements.Good understanding of Spot Awards and associated processes.Strong knowledge of Business Rules within SuccessFactors.Good communication and presentation skills.Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Good to have knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Good to have basic Employee Central (EC) and Reporting knowledge.
