Stabilize and improve the current WordPress/AWS web platform Maintain the current environment: Support and improve the existing WordPress/AWS website, including CMS workflows, templates, plugins, forms, redirects, performance, security, QA, and uptime. Improve reliability: Reduce production issues, strengthen release processes, improve QA, and make the current environment easier to maintain. Support business continuity: Keep the site stable while Marketing continues to launch pages, campaigns, product updates, and conversion experiences, while helping evaluate a cleaner website infrastructure model that reduces dependency on product systems. Identify technical debt: Audit the current platform, document risks, and recommend improvements based on impact, effort, and business priority. Build toward a modern Next.js + headless CMS stack Contribute to future-state architecture: Help evaluate, document, and build reusable technical patterns for a modern web stack using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Strapi, Contentful, or similar, API-driven integrations, reusable component systems, and modern hosting patterns. Build for scale: Create systems that support faster launches, cleaner workflows, better performance, and more flexible content production. Develop reusable assets: Build components, templates, modules, technical patterns, and workflows that reduce one-off development work. Support migration planning: Help document what should remain in the current stack, what could move to a future stack, and where risks or dependencies need to be addressed during transition Support production needs: Support the web production team with overflow, urgent fixes, complex builds, launch support, and senior-level troubleshooting. Manage launch readiness: Own redirects, forms, tracking, accessibility checks, release QA, performance checks, and technical validation for major launches. Support web-side integrations: Build and validate website integrations across forms, demo workflows, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Marketo, Salesforce handoff points, and third-party tools. Improve attribution confidence: Validate form fills, demo submissions, campaign parameters, routing, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution signals. Troubleshoot technical issues: Diagnose issues across CMS, hosting, APIs, scripts, forms, analytics, marketing automation, and third-party systems. Improve data reliability: Help create a more reliable technical foundation for website performance, conversion, and pipeline reporting. Automate repeatable work: Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort across QA, documentation, testing, reporting, and production workflows. Improve autonomy: Use AI and modern tooling to explore options, validate approaches, and move work forward with fewer dependencies. Performance and QA: Core Web Vitals, site speed tools, structured data, accessibility checks, release QA, redirects, uptime monitoring, and regression testing. Performance improvement: Core Web Vitals, page speed, uptime, accessibility, and technical SEO health improve over time. You have owned production web systems. You have worked on websites, web applications, or digital platforms where JavaScript, React, Next.js, reliability, performance, integrations, and scale matter. You are comfortable with current-state and future-state work. You can improve an existing platform while helping build a better one in parallel. You think in systems. You understand how architecture, CMS workflows, analytics, forms, APIs, hosting, SEO, GEO, performance, and conversion paths connect. You are hands-on. You can recommend a technical approach and build the components, integrations, and workflows needed to execute it. You use AI as part of your workflow. You know how to use AI to move faster, troubleshoot, document decisions, test ideas, and improve autonomy without outsourcing engineering judgment. You are curious and communicate well across teams.
