Job Details
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support Certification)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, one-on-one patient observation and support to promote safety, comfort, and quality care under RN supervision.
- Enhance the patient experience by assisting with mobility, transfers, transportation, comfort measures, and daily care needs.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary care team by communicating patient needs, recognizing changes in condition, and supporting individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and efficient care environment through patient experience rounds, unit support, and additional responsibilities as needed.
Schedule Commitment
- Flexible per diem schedule with a minimum commitment of two shifts every two weeks, with weekend and holiday rotations included.
- 12 hour shift availability strongly preferred.
