Job Description

At ARKET, we are now looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to take our external partner business to the next level. In this role, you will be at the heart of our global growth journey, owning key partnerships and turning insights into impactful actions that drive sales and elevate the brand experience.

What you will do: 

  • Own and develop long-term partnerships with external partners, building trust and strong collaboration 
  • Drive sales and profitability through continuous analysis, identifying opportunities and translating insights into actions 
  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans, including setting targets, budgets and follow-ups 
  • Own P&L responsibility and secure sustainable, profitable growth across your accounts 
  • Optimize assortment, stock levels, and brand presentation together with partners 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Assortment, Marketing, Logistics, and Tech to ensure strong execution 
  • Act as a key connector internally while influencing stakeholders to drive the business forward 
  • Coach and guide coordinators and/or supply planners while improving processes and ways of working 

Who you’ll work with: 

You will be part of the Global Omni CX team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Buying, Marketing, Logistics and Finance, as well as working directly with external partners globally. 

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Key Account Manager, or within wholesale, marketplace or e-commerce sales 
  • Proven experience within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of commercial dynamics, customer behaviour and seasonal business cycles 
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales and profitability 
  • Analytical skills with experience working with data (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and translating insights into actionable commercial decisions 
  • Experience managing external partners or stakeholders in a commercial setting 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sweden

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
