Brief Job Description:
The Cost Analyst will:
As a Cost Analyst you will be responsible of valuation of material, WIP and finished products, provision of transfer prices, preparation of corresponding reports, comparison of standard costs with actual costs and justification of deviation.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Perform cost accounting and provide accurate timely report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis..
- Conduct a series of activities to enable revenue, cost, installation and warranty, cash flow analysis related to major projects; track cost saving action on subcontract labor, product’s VAVE saving and etc.; implement business process system improvement..
- Participate in establishing and improving cost related accounting and internal control procedures. (Including Planning monthly forecast process on sales&cost database).
- Conduct annual China transfer pricing updating process for oversea intercompany sales, keep close tracking&analyzing on Royalty/UPPV/Customized product cost and ensure accuracy detail.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Communication with other departments for problem solving.
- Preparation of ad hoc reports.
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management or related field.
- Above 2 years’ accounting experience in manufacturing industry, at least 2 years with costing accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good skills of Microsoft Office and be familiar with ERP system.
- Knowledge of purchase/warehouse/production processes.
- Knowledge of accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
